- ホテル 71 ニューハウン
Nyhavn 71, コペンハーゲン デンマーク

Beautiful hotel full of character in a great location
We had a suite on the 6 floor beautifully appointed
Breakfast was good value with range of choices
Staff were helpful and happy to recommend things to do
Would definitely come back to Copenhagen and 71 Nuhavn
Our window opened up to the canals, cafes and beautiful views of Nyhavn! The windows are not screened, so it made it feel like we were truly part of the scenery from our room, rather than just viewing it. The service was friendly and excellent.
Weekend for opera
We wer'e looking for an apropriate stay in Copenhagen, because we had tickets for the opera right across the harbour. The location was perfect. There is a harbourboat carrying the visitors to the opera in the very near to the hotel. Nyhavn is always busy, but at the end of quai, where the hotel lies, it is more quiet.
Very Nice Hotel
We stayed one night in 71 Nyhavn on a trip to Copenhagen. It was a pleasant experience. The historic building is gorgeous, and each room is a bit unique and quirky. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, breakfast was excellent, and the location right in the heart of Nyhavn was very convenient. We took the metro from the airport and had a short walk from the Kongens Nytorv station. The walk was slightly more annoying than anticipated as we didn't realize that we would have to roll our luggage over cobblestones.
Our room was on the second floor, which looked right out over the restaurant and pedestrian walkway. We were concerned that it might be noisy at night, but it wasn't bad at all. The windows appear to be well insulated against sound transmission.
The staff was very helpful. They held our bags before check in and after checking out and even brought the bags up to our room for us before we returned to the hotel. They also texted us when our room was ready, which was before the standard check in time.
The quirkiness does extend to other parts of the building. It's a bit odd that you have to go down stairs to get to the elevator, but they had staff on hand to help anyone who needed assistance with bags.
We had only a few complaints. The hotel is on the expensive side, but not out of line for nicer hotels in Copenhagen. Additionally, the bathroom door has an unusual sliding mechanism that doesn't fully close resulting in poor bathroom privacy.
Overall, though, we had a great stay and would have loved to stay longer. If you are planning to visit Copenhagen, 71 Nyhavn is a great choice.
