My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights while in Bodrum, we were welcomed with fresh lemon juice and water with a reception full of smiles. Their breakfast and restaurant options area very delicious and so much to choose from. The pool has amazing views and is very comfortable. You can easily lay out by the pool for an entire day without noticing the time because of the breathtaking views and great service you will receive pool side. Mustafa and Can were great! They went out of their way to ensure we were all enjoying our stay. The Japanese restaurant is a must try! Very new and modern feel in all of the hotel, amenities, and rooms. The Spa was also great along with the Pilates class, the coach was very kind and helpful! The location is very convenient only 30 mins away from Bodrum Marina, and 12 mins away from the city along with nearby beaches. Highly recommend booking if you are going to Bodrum! Thank you so much for a great experience Ramada Bodrum!
Small room, smaller bathroom but great Sushi Restaurant and views from the property
The room was quite small and the bathroom was smaller - barely fit 2 adults in. The room we got faced the pool and as another guest mentioned - it's party central on the weekend so lots of loud music and noise. The breakfast was OK - We ended up eating breakfast out most days. The pool was ok - the service at the pool was definitely lacking. I don't think there was value for money here. I'd stay somewhere else but absolutely come here and eat at the restaurant.
One of the greatest resorts
I don't often take time to write reviews but this is well warranted. I have been fortunate enough to travel the world and this hotel is up there for customer service, professionalism, hospitality and cleanliness. Firstly the hotel was kind enough to let me check out for 6pm, this was a true act of generosity especially because I was staying in the 2 bedroom villa with a pool! The resort is in close proximity to a local bazaar which caters for all your needs abdubtantly. Within the resort the prices are very reasonable and the facilities available are impeccable, especially the view and the spa. The staff are a true credit to the Ramada brand especially the reception staff: Baris(front officer manager), Bihter and Gopter(might have the Name wrong). Overall, this is a world class resort with truly matching staff and the experience is very pleasurable.
Five Star Facing a WALL.
I spent six night at the ramada resort Bodrum, when i arrived i was brought to a room with a lovely view but had no balcony and no where to sit out and have a cigarette, the room of course was non smoking, I asked for a room where i could sit out and smoke. I was given room 609 with an outside area where i could puff. BUT the room was facing a wall.as were all the rooms for smokers. The room itself was small and the corridors to the rooms were very wide, why the architects didnt put more thought into bigger rooms and less corridors is beyond me.
My deal with the hotel was bed and breakfast in my room every morning, I was informed that if the restaurant was busy in the mornings that breakfast would be brought to my room at about 10.30 which was fine with me. The first morning i received breakfast a plate of meat cheese tomato and cucumber two boiled eggs, a cup of tea which was cold no milk and no bread, i phoned to ask about bread they were sorry they forgot it, I made coffee with the coffee that was provided in the room..
I asked at reception if i could have coffee next morning and a different breakfast and was told certainly madam. The same breakfast arrived next morning with a mug of coffee cold and again they forgot the bread.I asked again at reception to have an omelette and a pot of coffee next morning surely a five star hotel would have a coffee pot. I waited and waited for the breakfast to arrive and eventually rang reception at 11.15 to know if breakfast was coming it arrived at 11.50. the omelette was stone cold as was the coffee and again no bread. The following morning had to ring again to know if breakfast was coming and got two boiled eggs as ordered orange juice but the eggs were not cooked.I really do not know what was going on in the kitchen but definately not five star. It was very difficult for the waiter bringing the tray into the room as the passage way from the door was too narrow and toppled the tray once.
The hotel is very very big they have 93 standard rooms 12 villas rooms with suites and ONE room for disabled according to book in the room, obviously no thought given to disabled or smokers.I hope the manager will realize that disabled and smokers pay the same amount for a room as other clients.
The Mystic Wellness spa is wonderful very nice staff and two excellent Ballinese girls working their magic and very professional, my only complaint here was that one had to go down stairs to use a toilet. The Gym was very well equipped and very large very well appointed.
I dined once in the restaurant the food was very nice but the restaurant was empty so decided not to dine there again, I do realize that its off season and thats why the hotel had so few guests and was very quite apart from some business gatherings./
All in all I was not impressed very dissapointed with the room and the service, will i stay there again no thank you.
No Sea view
I have booked a sea view room for 4 nights. But our room was not a sea view room but we had pool and wall view instead. I posted a photo for the view of our room. Breakfast is average. Also the hotel is not close to the sea. The photos in their website for the indoor pool are misleading. Pool is small and not suitable for swimming. In SPA there is no peştemal for sauna. Also they have business meetings at weekends and large groups of people from multinational companies which means noise. They make barbecue for dinner and we couldn’t open the balconet door because of smell and smoke. No air. The only good thing was sushi at The Club restaurant.
