Room, internet cleanliness were OK, location is OK. Customer service is zero. I arrived early before check in time at 2:00pm although the room was ready. They didn't allow me in. At 7:30 in the morning I went down to ask for coffee they said they don't have the restaurant opens 8/9 morning. Any normal hotel offers hot drinks from 5:00 as there are tourists/ businessmen with very early flights. Not to forget to mention it took me so long to check in as if they were not aware of software usage of the PC. The lady at the reception needs a customer service training am afraid.

LAST STOP ON OUR TOUR

Large nicely air conditioned room on the 5th. floor with an averaged size bathroom but more than acceptable shower -comfy beds & slept like a log. Location appears slightly away from the centre but it is a nice brisk walk. We had no problems with breakfast queuing but you can understand how it could happen - the breakfast room is too small if the hotel is totally full with Tour parties. Was very happy with the hotel & our breakfasts -what else do you need while on a tour?

Stayed here with my wife for a couple of nights whilst on holiday. Room barely big enough for one suitcase, let alone two. No safe. Beds comfortable, shower/toilet fine.
Now the bad news: The restaurant is too small for the size of hotel. The breakfast queue stretched out of the restaurant and through the lobby! On reaching the food, we found a selection of unappetising "hot" dishes, plus some cereals and fruit. Having helped ourselves, and with our hands full, we tried to find a table. Eventually shared a table covered in dirty dishes with another couple. Separate queue for lukewarm coffee. No toast.
If you enjoy a leisurely, pleasant breakfast, avoid this place.
