- I was staying in the room 5008 with a great sea view, that was perfect, same as I booked. My room expectations were justified. One of the advantages is underground free of charge parking, since I was driving bike I was not worried about safety. Breakfast and dinner were terrible, we were dining outside of the hotel. There are a plenty of the places where you can go and have a great food, especially street-food. The only one person I met during our stay in the hotel who speaks english, that's it. This is the reason we had miscommunication during our stay. NO HOT WATER in the shower at evening. So be informed )

- Yep looked impressive but thats it, after starting our tour in the north and receiving outstanding service everywhere as we made our way down we arrived here and felt like intruders, service absolutely shocking, yes has a pool and bar but it was never staffed, couldnt wait to get out

- When we turned up at this hotel for a 3 night stay we were impressed. The hotel looked good! This impression didn’t last long. None of the staff speak or understand any English or make any attempt to understand. We felt unwelcome. The smiles and eager service we had received elsewhere in Vietnam were lacking here. Breakfast is not good - Nothing is cooked to order and the cheese was mouldy, coffee was cold. Yoghurts ran out and were not replenished. The staff didn’t lay up or clear tables. Poor selection of fresh fruit. The towels and sun beds at the beach and pool were dirty and ripped and staff rudely evicted us from the beach when it ‘closed’ at 4.30pm. Our bathroom had broken leaky tiles. Nha Trang is a big noisy resort and this hotel is not in the best area of it. There is building work all around and this made the pool very noisy. The receptionist refused to return our passports for 20 minutes after checking out as they wanted to thoroughly inspect the room. This is the first disappointed Trip Advisor report I’ve ever written - but it’s genuine. Can’t recommend this hotel.

- Check in quick and easy. Sea view room on the 11th floor. Staff were helpful and polite to us. On arrival you hand over your passport to the front desk. They seemed pleased we were front Australia. Our room was large and beds comfortable. Bathroom large, shower over bath tub a little high for a couple of older ladies. Pool area fine had a swim but no towels left by the afternoon so had to drip all the way but to the room. Breakfast was as the other reviews stated but as we bought vegemite and peanut butter with us it did not bother us. A little noisy with chinese next door banging doors but never kept us awake.

- This hotel looks very nice and big outside but the room was not.The Staff was not friendly and take care their guest at all.breakfast was medium. The only good thing is location .just few minutes to get to the beach .
